Description:
With a model open (in my case the example Sakila database), selecting menu item Model -> Validation (MySQL) -> Check Syntax opened up many empty tabs (see screenshot) which all closed when one was closed.

I'll attach screenshot when bug is opened.

How to repeat:
Open a model. Pick menu item Model -> Validation (MySQL) -> Check Syntax
