Thank you for the report. You are running version 4.1 which is not supported anymore. Please upgrade to current GA version 5.1.46, try with it and inform us if problem still exists. See http://www.mysql.com/company/legal/lifecycle/#calendar for MySQL Lifecycle Calendar

Hi , I cant upgrade it since there are some dependencies on this version , what mite be the cause i have all the reports. plzzzzzzzzzz sujjest me
