Description:
sys_vars test suite is not run in 5.1's pb2 and looks like being deserted. It has the following tests failing :

Too many failed: Failed 9/304 tests, 97.04% were successful.

Failing test(s): sys_vars.innodb_commit_concurrency_basic sys_vars.innodb_file_io_threads_basic sys_vars.innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct_basic sys_vars.innodb_sync_spin_loops_basic_64 sys_vars.log_output_basic sys_vars.max_binlog_cache_size_basic_64 sys_vars.sql_log_off_func sys_vars.tmp_table_size_basic

How to repeat:
mysql-test-run.pl --suite=sys_vars

Suggested fix:
Either maintain this test suite or remove it altogether.
If decided to maintain it, please add it to pb2.

sys_vars.div_precision_increment_func fails on my desktop (after I've applied the patch). It is 5.1-bugteam as of today, compiled with BUILD/compile-pentium-max on a 64-bit Ubuntu. Seems to be a missing ';' on line 22 in the test.

Also, the tests sys_vars.log_output_func sys_vars.slow_query_log_file_basic sys_vars.general_log_file_basic sys_vars.general_log_func are failing. See attached log.
