Description:
Earlier the test was disabled on 5.1-bt team because of Bug #45576.
The current is a different issue.
When running ./mtr --ps-protocol rpl_row_create_table 
I got:

mysqltest: At line 304: query 'CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS bug48506_t1 LIKE t7' failed: 1615: Prepared statement needs to be re-prepared
