Description:
The problem is that the build record is not released at the end of a multi threaded ordered index build, and eventually it will be empty.

Documented bugfix in the NDB-6.3.31 changelog as follows:

        Setting BuildIndexThreads greater than 1 with more than 31
        ordered indexes caused node and system restarts to fail.
