Related with Bug#40413.

If I install MEM 2.0.6, this bug is fixed, But if I install MEM 2.0.6 using upgrading package, the old string resource used.

I supposed that when upgrading used old japanese strings.

How to repeat:
Upgrading from MEM 2.0.5 to 2.0.6, and use Japanese.

Suggested fix:
It should use new japanese string resources.

[workaround] Use full install instead of upgrade install.
