Description:
The "Advisor jar File" control is missing from the "Your Subscription Has Expired" setup page which causes the following error when only giving a Platinum Product Key:

U0161 Please import a Platinum level Advisor .jar to use with this Platinum level product key.

How to repeat:
- install and run Dashboard and enter valid product key and advisor jar
- after license key expires, taken to "Your Subscription Has Expired" setup screen
| notice "Advisor jar File" control is missing
- enter valid Product Key
| get error (above)

workaround is to enter the jar file in the screen showing the error since it now does contain a control for the advisor/graph bundle

A note has been added to the 2.1.1 changelog:

When updating your scription after the subscription has expired, the ability to update your advisor bundle was not available.
