Description:
when trying to install MySql connector 6.0.4 on Windows 2003 Server Web Edition I get the following error: "Connector/NET installer program ended prematurely". please find attached msi logs.

How to repeat:
1. Download the install MSI for Windows
2. Try to install. After some time the error message appears and the installation process fails

Explanation: Hi Boris. Checking the msi log I've found this:
Processor_Manufacturer property. Its current value is 'GenuineIntel'. Its new value: 'མnuineIntelGenuineIntel'.

Thus your report is duplicate of Bug#46527 and several others reports.

Could you explain, please, how Bug #46527 relates to this issue? And if its duplicate, could you please point me to other bugs about the same problem?
