So we seem to have a not dropped
function or procedure on slave
(I assume mysqld_2 is the slave) side.

Experiments:
1. ./mtr --suite=rpl --mysqld=--binlog-format=mixed \
      --repeat=20 --check-testcases rpl_sp
   ...
   Several times error like above
   Check of testcase failed for: rpl.rpl_sp

2. Add "sync_slave_with_master" at the end of the test
   All 20 tests pass check testcases.

The "sync_slave_with_master" is also in 5.0, 5.4 missing
