Description:
When you start mysql-test-run.pl with a --gdb option the default timeouts are still valid so the test will eventually time out if you spend more than few mins in a debugger window.

How to repeat:
mysql-test-run.pl --gdb ... and wait more than the timeout on the gdb prompt in the new window

Suggested fix:
Disable all the timeouts when mtr is started with --gdb

be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next

My fix doesn't workin in azalea and there's something fishy about $wait_for_pid_file, I don't understand the logic and how it doesn't fail in 5.1.  Need to investigate further.

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
