the following lines (twice):

Bug#30577 was fixed, but the tests left disabled.

- mysql-test/suite/parts/inc/partition_float.inc

Found that FLOOR(decimal_col) returns INT and is allowed and useful, reopened bug#30577 and added a comment there too. Will remove test of type FLOOR(float_col) and enable FLOOR(decimal_col).
