Carsten, There was an update for this from Bitrock that should have been in 2.1.0.1039. Can you test the aix5.3 installer on this platform again? Keith

using the AIX 5.3 32bit agent installer, the installer seem to work fine but the agent fails to start. We should just build on the i5 box itself and see if that fixes the problem.

Kent Boortz writes: SIGAR is not ported to i5/OS. I could earlier make it compile using two patches, but now when SIGAR is changed and broken out from the sources, development need to do a proper port of SIGAR. The trouble is that i5/OS PASE AIX emulation lacks "perfstat", and no "-lodm -lcfg".

Jan Kneschke writes: As Kent said a while go: SIGAR doens't support i5/OS yet. Either we have to implement it or we ask Hyperic to do it ... or we just not support it.
