Description:
Basically when you install MySQL for Windows (With Installer) it says MySQL 4.0.20a on installation.

How to repeat:
Download MySQL 4.0.20c from any mirror and unzip it, double click the setup installer and it shows as 4.0.20a instead of 4.0.20c
