If you are creating user on the Dashboard, the second time you create a user, the last username will appear on the popup window.

How to repeat:
1- Install and start the service manager
2- Go to Settings->Manager Users
3- click Create User on the top
4- Fill in the information and click Create
5- Click on Create User again
6- Notice that the username field shows the previous username created.

Suggested fix:
Do not fill in the username field

It affects Firefox 3, but not safari.
