Description:
If you are creating user on the Dashboard, the second time you create a user, the last username will appear on the popup window.

How to repeat:
1- Install and start the service manager
2- Go to Settings->Manager Users
3- click Create User on the top
4- Fill in the information and click Create
5- Click on Create User again
6- Notice that the username field shows the previous username created.

Suggested fix:
Do not fill in the username field

It affects Firefox 3, but not safari.

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:

The username field for new users was populated by the last username used.

When creating a new user for the second time in Dashboard, the previously created username appeared in the dialog.
