Description:
mysql-stress-run.pl is not found in noinstall package on Windows. The tool is documented http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysqltest/en/mysql-stress-test-pl.html and one would expect it to be found upon installation in mysql-test subdirectory after unpacking the zip

How to repeat:
download noinstall package, unpack, examine the content of mysql-test subdirectory

Suggested fix:
include mysql-stress-run.pl into the zip
