Description:
Mysql installshield zip file was packaged incorrectly. I did not know that the zip file needs only to be just the files, not in a directory. Coming from a unix approach, I zipped up a whole directory containing the files, when I should have packaged the files in that directory.

How to repeat:
install mysql on windows, it does not not auto-install once unzipped.

Suggested fix:
repackaged so that files are not in a directory.
