Description:
I downloaded mysql-4.0.20a-win-noinstall.zip (MD5: b95c708905254ee516c7fe1f6afe0192) from several mirrors (just to make sure) and
maybe I'm missing something here, but isn't the "TMP" folder packed into the .ZIP archive by mistake?

Its contents are binary identical to the mysql-4.0.20a-win-noinstall folder.

Hope this helps,
Dan Dascalescu

How to repeat:
Download the archive from any of the mirrors.

Suggested fix:
Delete the TMP folder, repack and re-mirror.
