Description:
If a user has installed version 6.0.7 or prior, the mysql_upgrade process does not remove the old backup logging tables.

It should remove:

mysql.online_backup
mysql.online_backup_progress

How to repeat:
Install an earlier version of mysql prior to WL#4296 implementation (6.0.7 or earlier).

Download latest code and compile.

Run mysql_upgrade.

Observe old tables still in the mysql database along with new tables.

Suggested fix:
Add the following to the the mysql_upgrade scripts that process the tables in the mysql database.

DROP TABLE IF EXISTS mysql.online_backup;
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS mysql.online_backup_progress;

Noted in 6.0.11 changelog.

mysql_upgrade did not remove the online_backup and
online_backup_progress tables from the mysql database. (These are
what the backup_history and backup_progress tables were called
previously.)
