      Bug #39271  	ndb_autodiscover3 failes in 6.*
      - make sure use_count is increased when transaction references share in changed_tables
      - ndb_autodiscover3 will then also produce a "trailing share" when binlog thread recreates share on reconnet to cluster
      - also disable the query cache code inexternal lock if no query cache is used

Testing/internal change only, no user-facing changes to be documented. Can be closed following merges.
