Description:
4.1.1a-alpha download is missing mysqlc.exe file in "bin" directory. As per manual it should exist. Also, previous version of MySQL (4.0) has this executable in bin directory.

Thanks, -Sudhir

How to repeat:
Missing file. Just look into bin directory.

Thank you for the bug report.

Additional Info:

Since you are running on Windows 2000 that client tool
isn't useful for you use instead mysql.exe. This client
is for Win9X for to support the readline capabilities.

This has been fixed in 4.1.2b-alpha.

Hey,

Version 4.1.9 is missing mysqlc.exe on top of which I am using WinXP with mysql.exe and tab-completion does not work like you claim. Can you please reopen this issue and/or comment on how to get tab-completion working?

Thanks,
Gili
