Description:
The mysql-4.1.1a-alpha-win.zip download file from the www.mysql.com web site does not have a setup.exe file to do the actual install of the product. The setup.exe is the command noted in the documentation in the zip file that should be used to to the install.

How to repeat:
Check the zip file on the download site.

Suggested fix:
Include the setup.exe in the zip file and refresh the download site(s) with the new zip file.
