mysql_upgrade creates temporary files in /tmp, wheil we want it to create the in the --tmpdir we tell it to use.

Add --tmpdir= option to mysql_upgrade

mysql_upgrade now has a --tmpdir option to enable the location of
temporary files to be specified.
