Description:
When the GUI is resized/moved it should remember that state when next loading up the program.

I currently run on 1280x1024 resolution with my OS taksbar on the right of my screen. When loading up Workbench the right side of it is always covered by the taskbar. Ideally Workbench should check viewable desktop area if no previous size/placement has been given.

In addition to that it should also remember what ERR Diagram tabs were opened/closed.

How to repeat:
Open the program and resize it, close the program and open it up again.
