be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next

Set to verified as bug is repeatable in pushbuild.

The last failure of this test in Pushbuild was 2007-12-11 23:23:43	
I was unable to repeat this on either Windows or Mac OS X with several thousand runs per OS.

Research into revision history has not shown any changes to the test or duplicate bugs that would account for the changes, but I have to mark this one as can't repeat.

      Bug#32965 main.ctype_create fails, Bug#42831 main.csv_alter_table is disabled.
      
      Re-enabling both of these.
      ctype_create to observe it's behavior on PB (I believe this has gone away)
      csv_alter_table as the reason for it's disabling has already been corrected (suspect bad merge)

Placing this as "Can't repeat" as I can't (on my machines + on Pushbuild).  The test has been enabled on all -bugteam trees for a while and has been under observation w/o anymore failures as reported.
