Description:
This is a follow up of bug #28358, which was already closed.

Unfortunately not only libmysql.dll was affected, also the CMakeLists file for mysqlclient.lib needs USE_TLS definition.

+ ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DUSE_TLS)
