Description:
The mysqltest scripts need a way of finding what protocol is being used in order to be able to skip som part of a test or the  whole.

How to repeat:
Manual code inspection

Suggested fix:
Add mysqltest variables for PS_PROTCOL, SP_PROTOCOL, VIEW_PROTOCOL or CURSOR_PROTOCOL
