Description:
When we running the installer or Appliction, the progress bar proceeds to almost 100% take some time and then report
the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Installation then unwinds.

How to repeat:
When we facing this error I was stop the mysql server and restart the server after sometime. otherwise we just restart the machine and running the appliction again.. 

we have very tired for this error.
