Description:
When trying to open a valid XML file saved by DBDesigner4 (to check if MySQL Workbench would open it) MySQL Workbench crashed with the following message (repeatable):
Gtk-Message: The filename "TRADU\307\303O DE ARTIGOS CIENT\315FICOS.pdf" couldn't be converted to UTF-8. (try setting the environment variable G_FILENAME_ENCODING): Invalid byte sequence in conversion input
Gtk-Message: The filename "fichamar\347o.doc" couldn't be converted to UTF-8. (try setting the environment variable G_FILENAME_ENCODING): Invalid byte sequence in conversion input
./mysql-workbench: line 103: 2587 Segmentation fault $PRG-bin $args

How to repeat:
I just try to reopen that file and it crashes.

Suggested fix:
Properly tell user file is not in the expected format.

I just found out I could add the xml file that is causing the crash right from the 'Files' menu. Regards.
