Description:
ndb_size.pl requires HTML:::Template. Also requests for other output formats than HTML (e.g. text, CSV, spreadsheet)

How to repeat:
foo

Suggested fix:
remove requirement for HTML::Template, do own formatting, multiple output formats.

The new version does not use HTML::Template. It does use Class::MethodMaker which also isn't installed everywhere. But it does remove the reliance on that .tmpl file, so I'm ok with it. Modern Perl installs should have Class::MethodMaker as far as I understand.

Since Monty is okay with this (and there's been no other objections). I'm going to (finally) push the new version.
