my_dup.c:32: warning: too few arguments for format

How to repeat:
compile mysys/my_dup.c with debug enabled

Suggested fix:
-  DBUG_PRINT("my",("file: %d  MyFlags: %d", MyFlags));
+  DBUG_PRINT("my",("file: %d  MyFlags: %d", file, MyFlags));
