Thank you for a problem report. It can be a duplicate of bug #17400. Please, check. At least, both these tests are disabled in 5.1.10-BK because of that bug, it seems.

The bug is not a duplicate of Bug#17400, which I am about to close. I have pushed a patch for Bug#17400, which will go into 5.1.10.
