MySQL can't be build of linux distribution with tinfo library (alt linux for example).

How to repeat:
install altlinux (sisyphus) and try to build.

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:

pushed to 5.1.10, 5.0.21, 4.1.19 and 4.0.27

It was a problem of building MySQL on distributions (like altlinux) which have terminal operations in tinfo library.

Documented in changelog:

          MySQL would not compile on Linux distributions that use the
          tinfo library. (Bug #18912)
