Description:
As of version 1.1.8 the menu bar highlighting has gone awry! 

Moving the cursor over a menu item causes the background around the menu item to become very dark blue and the menu item text remains black - a very low contrast situation.

The expected behaviour is for the menu item to become like button (i.e. the visual cue is the border showing as a raised button).

How to repeat:
Just install v 1.1.8 on a WinXP machine.
