Description:
While starting the program got a XML Error: "Error while loading Options file "C:..."
I had the same errors before in other programms - reason of it is System's Username in Russian symbols. I know that people with such or similar language also have this problem.

The last thing user must do to use his options - run Administrator under Username composed of English symbols.

How to repeat:
If you haven't such user in your system - create it and run the program from this user.
If you have troubles with typing username i'll write it down here (russian example): Фамилия_ИО

Suggested fix:
UTF8 support for pathes to Options file.
Or keep it in other place.

Yep Aleksey, you're right.
I was using the search exactly for MySQL Administrator and correct version.
