Description:
I am using MySQL Workbench 8.0.41, after I create a MySQL Connection, the test connection is normal. But when I double click the MySQL Connections to open connection, the error existed.

Error message:
MySQL Workbench Unexpected Error: MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem
Parameter is not valid.

How to repeat:
1. Open MySQL Workbench
2. double click one of the connections under the MySQL Connections
3. the error message will prompt out and suggest to report bug

Imho this is duplicate of Bug #99285, please see Bug #99285 and follow
the suggested fix.
