Description:
I can't unistall MySQL connector net 8.0.16. I am doing this because I couldn't install mysql workbench, so I tried to unistall all related mysql apps from control panel. The only I can't unistall is MySQL connector net 8.0.16. 

How to repeat:
Open Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Characteristics, search "MySQL connector net 8.0.16" click unistall. When it starts uninstalling, the process closes without any error message.
If I use "change" option, the mysql wizard opens, then select "change" again,next, click on change and then this message appears: Mysql connector net 8.0.16 setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified....
If I use the repair option, the messaage: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'mysql-connector-net 8.0.16.msi' in the box below. Use resource: C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows\Product Cache\ if I click ok another message appears: The path C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows\Product Cache\mysql-connector-net 8.0.16.msi cannot be found. Verify you have access to this location and try again or try to find the installation package 'mysql-connector-net 8.0.16.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product. 

Suggested fix:
I need to reinstall workbech but with this problem I can't install it, so I think it is required to unistall MySQL connector net 8.0.16

Thank you for the report and feedback.
This is most likely duplicate of Bug #101060, please see Bug #101060.
While reproducing I ended in similar situation and had tough time uninstalling but followed Dev's suggestion to overcome this issue. Thank you.
