Description:
Trying to open workbench.  First error pops up:  Error While Loading Image  An error occured while loading image search_sidebar.png.   Close that error.  MYSQL workbench main screen opens.  Click to open local instance.    Next error pops up.    Parameter is not valid

How to repeat:
Try to open workbench.  No idea why is started.  It is basically a fresh install.

Imho this is duplicate of Bug #99285, please see Bug #99285 and follow the suggested fix.
