Description:
When i try to upload a CSV file , it just keeps saying data import but nothing happens. The progress bar never show any green. 

How to repeat:
Right click on tables under specific database 
Table data import wizard
Choose file path
select csv file, excel workbook that's saved as comma delimited file type
select create new table, check drop table if exists box
hit next, leave default settings, mine was utf8 in the encoding box
leave default options for everything else, hit next

On data import screen
Above the progress bar, it displays
Dropping existing table, prepare import, begin import
and it jus stays that way until you hit cancel. nothing happens from there, the progress bar never shows any activity.

Suggested fix:
I have no idea but if you guys work on it as soon as you can that would be deeply appreciated. Thank you
