Description:
Error box for administration:
- Runtime error: unable to launch chcp

Found online a workaround using windows regional option UTF8 (beta). It works for administration in the workbench but generate other errors for other programs, due to special characters (in french). As the workaround is a beta, cannot maintain this option.

How to repeat:
1. Launch local instance
2. Select TAB administration
3. Click on Server status
