Description:
Administrator cannot change configuration with Workbench in 8.0.24. 

Workbench looks fail to read my.ini file in unicode.

 

How to repeat:
Bug1. 
   Action process
   1. select Servers-Options
   expected - show options file smoothly
   actual   - pops up an error message. 

Bug2.
   Action process
   1. Select Networking tab and go to Timeout Setting
   2. change values of interactive_timeout and wait_timeout
   3. push the button "Apply"
   expected - save the change.
   actual   - pops up an error message without saving the data.

The Workbench is connecting to 8.0.24 community server for Windows. I install the server and workbench using 8.0.24 installer.
