Description:
After updating MySQL Workbench CE 8.022 to 8.023 i can't open the Application. While Opening the Application it pop-up with Error "An Error occurred While Loading Image search_sidebar.png"

While try to repair the application it pop-up with Error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and searching for the source file which is used to install MySQL Workbench CE 8.022

How to repeat:
Can't find the Root cause.

MySQL Workbench CE 8.022 manually installed and MySQL Workbench CE 8.023 updated via Silent Switch "/qn /norestart"

Imho this is duplicate of Bug #99285, please see Bug #99285 and follow the suggested fix.
