Description:
Not able to connect to database using workbench, it's taking me to the page where it says report a bug.

Once I launch Workbench, it is asking me cannot load the image, when I click on close, it actually displays all my saved database connections, once I click on any connection, it is asking me to enter password and then it is taking me to to the page to report a bug.

How to repeat:

Imho this is duplicate of Bug #99285, please see Bug #99285 and follow the suggested fix.
