Description:
In sql query editor when I want to write an sql query and want to type symbol ' or " (single quote or double quotes) it doesn't insert neither of these two symbols even though these symbols are inserted as normal in other text editors without any problems. I use U.S. International -PC keyboar layout.
What I do?
I switch to Russian keyboard layout and insert these symbols with Shift+2 and then switch to English keyboard layout again to continue my sql query.

Is it a bug or a feature?
