Description:
Attached is the screenshot that shows the refresh problem.

How to repeat:
Nothing special steps.

start MySQL Workbench
click "User and Privileges"
click on one of the user accounts
click on the Schema Privileges

NOTE: I just freshly installed MySQL yesterday and created a test database with one table.

Suggested fix:
Resize the screen area properly.
