Description:
Using Windows 7.  Downloaded MySQL.  Workbench opened one time.  After closing Workbench it would not open again thereafter.  Instead received bug report error:  Access to path'C: Program Files (X86)\MySQL\Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc is denied.

Program does not give a prompt to log in as Administrator or otherwise.  That does not appear to be a solution.  

What is MySQL like to work with if I am writing Bug reports just trying to install the software? 

  

How to repeat:
 Download program.  Close program.  Try to reopen it.

Looks like a duplicate of bug #62703 or bug #62709. Please, check.
