Note this: Fault Module Name: MSVCR120.dll msvcr120.dll is a Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 shared library "and are for use by Desktop application and user-mode driver developers" (quoting MS docs on it). It could be corrupt. Try the "sfc" command (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833). If you dont want the tool to make any changes in the first place but just want it to check your system files then execute just "sfc /verifyonly" (from an elevated command prompt - the sfc utility requires admin privileges no matter what parameters are used). And on a side-remark "OS: any" is definitely wrong. This is a Windows-specific error. I also think you should tell your Windows verson. And it is also not an problem with the MySQL server at all. Likely you can connect with other clients. -- Peter -- not a MySQL/Oracle person.
