Hi,

I never experienced this problem before, but now on this new computer I have mysql workbench keeps on crashing upon start up. I already installed all pre-requisite.

Note this: 
Fault Module Name:	MSVCR120.dll

msvcr120.dll is a Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 shared library "and are for use by Desktop application and user-mode driver developers" (quoting MS docs on it). 

It could be corrupt. Try the "sfc" command (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833). If you dont want the tool to make any changes in the first place but just want it to check your system files then execute just "sfc /verifyonly" (from an elevated command prompt - the sfc utility requires admin privileges no matter what parameters are  used).

And on a side-remark "OS: any" is definitely wrong.  This is a Windows-specific error. I also think you should tell your Windows verson. 

And it is also not an problem with the MySQL server at all. Likely you can connect with other clients.

Hi,

I already did that as well and no luck. I rename the folder then reinstall mysql again and still having same issue
