WB - manage server instances window - SSH Shell Connection - HostName and port;
When i'm set any port in port field wb ignore that setting when connecting to server and use 22 port instead.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.22 changelog:

In the SSH Shell Connection panel of the Manage Server Instances dialog, if any port other than 22 was specified it was subsequently ignored.

to workaround this problem implicitly set 22 port, then apply settings, after that change port as you need and than will be applied.
