Description:
I make a brand new installation on a windows 7 x86 32 bits PC. I let the default installation parameter for 5.1 Community Server Edition. I unzipp the 5.2.15 WB with no installer (I also paid for the WB SE which not yet re-installed on my PC).

I want to restore my DB. I tried to create a new server instance before I restore my dump file.

Unable to create an instance. All the process is blocked. I can't bypass this wizard to make a new instance....
I have a message who says that the my.ini file didn't exist. I can read it at the same path that wb indicates that there is nothing...
the directory containing the my.ini file : C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1
WB seems to uses the the variable %

I can use the two different informations (Windows (MySQL x86 zip package ou the 5.1 x86 installer package)) when I select the operating system, i get the same error meesage : "Error : File %ProgramFiles%\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\my.ini doesn't exist."

How to repeat:
use the same procedure....
at the third time, the wizard didn't crash (or shoow me the report bug windows) and I can continue the creation of the instance...

Suggested fix:
How can I switch or help the wizard? By selecting the file? by passing throught and responding after to some questions like at the installation of the server....
At the third time, I can do that. Well.
