An entry was added to the 5.2.4 changelog: In the EER Diagram, Layer names were not rendered. This only happened with OpenGL rendering (only on Microsoft Windows).

It still doesn't render 100%. On a zoomed out view, the text becomes somewhat unreadable. It looks like some nearest neighbor filter is applied instead of a bilinear/bicubic or equivalent.

a new Bug has been created for the last comment as its a different problem. So I'm closing this one again. Please use Bug #48032 to track the new issue.
