Description:
Workbench crashes after a short "beachball" when trying to delete an EER diagram from the Overview section. This occurs whether or not the EER is opened in a tab, or whether or not the EER has any items actually in it.

How to repeat:
* Create an empty project
* Click on "Add Diagram" from the EER Diagrams section of the Overview (it will open in a new tab)
* Click back on Overview tab
* Click on newly created EER diagram
* Right click on EER diagram
* Click "Delete EER Diagram"

Suggested fix:
EER diagram should be delete sin crash. More subtly, having to click on the EER diagram itself first and then right-click on it is a but cumbersome.

Oh note that bug 44218 seems somewhat similar, although it mentions upgrading from an earlier version of workbench.
